Meticulously handcrafted in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico from 100% Blue Weber agave, Cierto Tequila is an all-natural, ultra-premium tequila. Cierto, meaning “true” in Spanish, takes an authentic approach towards the time-honored craft of distilling.

During my time working at Edition Studios, we had the incredible opportunity to create an entirely new tequila brand from the ground up. Since the master distillers in charge of crafting Cierto descended from agaveros who have been cultivating agave for generations, we knew the quality of the tequila would speak for itself — we just had to create a brand to match.

In addition to creating the brand identity and tequila labels, we also worked on the design of the bottle itself. To capture the superlative quality of the tequila, we needed a fully custom bottle that did justice to the liquid inside. After more 3D prototypes that we could count, we crafted a bottle worthy of the “World’s Finest Tequila”. 

Cierto’s four different expressions (Blanco, Reposado, Añejo, Extra Añejo), have combined to win hundreds of international medals and awards at spirit competitions across the world.
